Kenton Nairne on behalf of his daughter Genevieve

We are raising funds to help Genevieve Nairne pay for the cost of laying her father Kenton (Ken) to rest.

Ken passed away 1/23/2024 after a tough battle with cancer. He was diagnosed with Stage Four Lung Cancer May 1st, 2023 and he received chemotherapy and radiation treatments at Loma Linda Medical Center. Genevieve took a leave of absence from San Diego State University to be her fathers 24-hour care taker, and to allow him to be able to pass peacefully at home. In these trying times, Genevieve, a full time college student and recent high school graduate, not only has to grieve the loss of her only parent, is now confronted with the unexpected financial challenge of laying her father to rest on her own.

Ken was a loving father who raised a beautiful, strong, caring and smart daughter. Genevieve is only 18 years old and is having to make some very adult decisions and choices all on her own. Ken was so proud of her and wanted nothing more than to see her succeed in school.

We are hoping to help raise funds so that Genevieve can get back to school and have one less thing to worry about.

Lets come together as a community and show Genevieve love and support as she grieves the loss of her father and best friend.
