Kendra's Wish

My name is Tessa Lokie and I am a senior at Willard High School. For my senior project, I am conducting a "Princess for a Day" event called "Kendra's Wish" for pediatric oncology patients at the local Mercy Children's Hospital. This project is dedicated to my cousin, Kendra, who passed away of Neuroblastoma at the age of 5. I hope to honor her while creating a day of fun and happiness for little girls going through similar treatments. I will have a makeup booth for "princess makeovers", a nail painting booth for "princess manicures", a "build-a-crown" booth so they can decorate their own crowns. I am also hoping to buy Build-A-Bears for all of those participating. With that said, I will need to raise quite a bit of money, therefore any contribution helps!  Any money not used will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Thank you so much!
