My name is tiffani decker, my husband Joshua decker on Wednesday around 2:00 am was going 53mph on us hwy 27 through a construction site, When he was struck from behind by a drunk drive going at an excessive over 100mph. My husbands truck rolled five times before he lost consciousness. The drunk driver fell out of his car with open containers and admitted to just leaving a party drinking with friends. He had no License or insurance. My husbands truck is his livelihood.. his welding machine, all his welding equipment, all of it is destroyed. My husband is a pipeline welder and welds the steel pipe Underground that supplies natural gas to the rest of the states. My husband is alive and moving, very slowly, but he is alive! We still have test we are awaiting. We have a rough patch ahead as this puts my husband out of work with no vehicle and no welding machine. With no position to get another truck or outfit one at this time. He is out for work regardless for the next few weeks we know. For anyone that knows me, knows I’m the last person to ask for help, but in these times we must ask, we have our infant son still at home we are starting this go fund me in hopes to receive anything to keep lights on, food in the house, diapers, wipes, pets fed, bills paid, rent, and the one vehicle we have for now, I know after this pandemic everyone is hurting but we pray and ask that if anyone could contribute anything we are beyond greatful, even penny’s, Please please feel free to share!! Please PLEASE don’t drink and drive, please always wear your seatbelt.. had he not had his on he would have been scraped up in pieces, and always count your blessings, life is short, and tomorrow is not promised. Asking for continued prayers throughout these times!
