Keep Joe Baking at 3 Liberty St. Nbpt

The Figtree Kitchen in Newburyport is closing April 30th.

Joe has been the baker at The Figtree Kitchen since it opened at the 3 Liberty Street location in 2017. If he can raise enough funds, he will keep the location alive and continue to bake there, only under a different name (not yet decided, suggestions welcomed).

Collaborating with the owner of the Figtree, he plans to continue to make some of the products including the croissants, some of the scones, the famous dinosaur donuts, along with some of his own creations.

Joe has already generated funds to get started but is still in need of $10, 000 - 15,000 to cover his start-up and near term operating costs.
