Keep Frankie Fest Alive!!!

Hi there, my wife and I have been running a small music festival on our property in Frankford for the last 5 years showcasing local original musicians. We created Frankie Fest as we are both musicians and wanted to support local Tassie artists and give them a festival of their own and engage the local community in the homegrown talent we have here. We want Frankie Fest to remain a donation entry festival allowing everyone to come along and enjoy the music and the atmosphere. Frankie Fest has grown each year and all musicians are paid only by donations. We have now reached a point where we cannot continue to afford to run the festival, as the donations on the gate are not enough to cover our costs, and it’s sending us broke. We thought we would throw it out there for anyone who would like this small festival to continue, to help chip in with the running costs. In 2022 we built a purpose built stage for the festival, so the stage is now a permanent feature in the paddock. Costs to run the festival each year include the sound and stage lighting, toilet hire, generator hire and insurances to name a few of the costs.
