Archy Arushanyan is a bright light in our travel world. However, our connections to Archy, and to his family, extend far beyond business. He has become one of our closest friends. Archy and his wife are pillars of their community, spiritual leaders to so many, and friends to all. To know them is to love them. They have done everything by the book, worked as hard as anyone I have ever known, and have achieved the American Dream. We cannot let that be taken away from them. If anyone deserves to stay in the United States, it is the Arushanyan family. Please consider making a contribution to keep this family at home, where they belong.

Our journey began in 2013 when we, as a family, sold our home, packed our lives into containers, and departed Australia for the new adventure in the United States. Our children were young. Micah, our oldest, was 7, Noah was 5, and Coco was just 3. America is the only home they have ever known.
After ten years with Flight Center in Australia, I was offered the amazing opportunity to come and live in the USA, and although we were moving to a city where we did not know anyone at all, we knew this would be a life changing experience for our family.
This year, I am celebrating 17 years with my company, GOGO Vacations. I adore GOGO, as well as all of the amazing friends and partners I have had the privilege to meet in the last 17 years. I cannot imagine doing anything else. What started as a temporary adventure turned into a beautiful new home – we fell in love with America and its people, we have been blessed with so many wonderful friends and colleagues that have become a huge part of our life. We purchased our dream home last year in the beautiful community of Plainfield, IL. We have been blessed to serve in our local church as elders to support and walk alongside those in need of support.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and its effects on the travel industry, our family found ourselves caught in unforeseen circumstances. We have been informed that our American Dream may be abruptly brought to an end in September of 2020. After some research and consultation with an immigration attorney, we have found a solution, but it will require a miracle. We did not plan or budget for the need to defend our ability to stay in our home country, and the process of staying in the United States will cost our family $30,656.
This has been a challenging few weeks for our family. America is our home. It is the only place where we feel we belong. We have raised our children here, paid our taxes here, and have become true Americans, if not in citizenship status, than at heart. We believe that nothing is impossible with God, and as a family, we want to fight for our American Dream.
Our kids also have their dreams, dreams built around America, the only home they have ever known. Noah wants to serve in the American Air Force and has researched what it takes to do so. Micah is passionate about justice and wants to be in law enforcement, protecting American citizens and serving our community. Coco wants to be a teacher to help children learn and grow in their understanding of the world.
We know that we are blessed to live in the United States, and we are using our lives to serve this amazing country. We need your help to continue to do so. Thank you for your time, and may God bless you.
