Keep Angel City Zen Center Alive!

In 2016, with your help, we opened Angel City Zen Center. Since then we have steadily built a thriving community, with public meditation six days a week, dharma talks, retreats, community meals, movie nights, writing workshops, live music, poetry readings, and so much more. Thank you for your support in making this all possible!
Now, we need your help to make this startup sustainable. At current donation levels we will not be able to last another year.
To fund our center for the long term we are launching "The Hardcore Zen Show." This will be the world's first Zen comedy talk show, featuring Brad Warner bringing you jokes, dharma, interviews with Buddhist writers, comedians, live action koans, and any other funny or enlightened things that occurs to us.
If we can meet our goal of $20,000 we can get the equipment to make this show, keep ACZC open while we get it off the ground, and fund one monk to manage the center and produce the show.
It is our mission to do everything we can to provide a Zen center for the modern world, for people like us who need this practice in a way that speaks to our every day lives. We are excited by the opportunity to not only provide this for Los Angeles, but also to be able to share it with the wider world through the magic of youtube.
