Mom's Final Expenses

My mom (Angie) was hospitalized on Thanksgiving due to an infection. This infection escalated to sepsis and has left her gravely ill.  After more than two weeks of treatment, we learned a couple days ago that her health had reached a ceiling and we've run out of treatment options. So, she's entered the last days of her life. I learned mom doesn't have life insurance to cover her final expenses due to her medical history. She was covered under my father's insurance, but could not be included in his retirement plan. We sought other insurance options, but companies would not cover her due to her medical history. I am starting this for both mom and dad because I want to make sure mom has a proper homegoing and because I do not want dad to have to worry about this any longer. We would appreciate any help.
