Karen Scollon’s Healing Journey

Our mom, Karen, was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer on April 23rd. She has a strong belief in natural healing and so after much consideration and extensive research, she has chosen to seek alternative cancer treatment. However, this type of treatment is entirely out of pocket and will cost our parents $39,000. Our mom and dad have both worked very hard their whole lives and we would hate to see them spend their savings on this unforeseen and unfortunate circumstance and so we are trying to alleviate some of the cost for them. This decision was the hardest decision of her life and in the end she chose to follow her gut. Our mom is truly the strongest, most dedicated, loving person we know. For that reason, we know the future is bright and filled with health and healing.
