Karen Johnson: Beloved Mother and Teacher

This morning at 3:18am March 21st 2025 our beloved Karen Johnson passed away unexpectedly in Shiprock, NM.

Karen is our loved & missed mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, and wife. Survived by husband, 3 children, 5 grand children, and 4 fur-grandchildren.

She was known in the community as a educator to many, starting her career at Hogback head start. Continuing to substitute teach at Tsé Bit A’í middle school, Shiprock high school, and Kirtland high school.

We are asking for help with funeral expenses. Prayers & positive vibes to help us get through our loss.
