Hello everyone. We are creating this GoFundMe on behalf of Patrick X Ellis. Father to the 4 beautiful babies that lost their lives on August 30th. Our family experienced tragedy like no other. In the early hours of the morning, we received calls that forever changed our lives – our four beautiful angels Kalani, Kendall, Josie and Sophia, passed away in a house fire.

They are being survived by their big sister Winter, who lived through the unimaginable. She witnessed the fire, escaped the home, but was unable to save her sisters. At just the age of 11 no child should have to carry such a memory.

These girls were the heart and light of our family. Though life was never perfect, they brought laughter, joy, and warmth into every room they entered. Their smiles, their energy, and their love made our world brighter, and their absence leaves a hole we can never truly fill.

No parent, sibling, or family member can ever be prepared for this kind of loss. You never imagine children leaving this world before the adults. Yet even in our pain and mourning we know Kalani, Kendall, Josie, and Sophia would want us to keep smiling, to hold onto love, and to lean onto each other during the hard moments.

We are reaching out to the community, near and far for help during this devastating time. The donations from this GoFundMe will go directly toward funeral and memorial cost for all four girls, ensuring they are honored with the love and dignity they deserve. In addition, a portion of the funds will be used to provide psychiatric care and long-term support for Winter, who carries the burden of witnessing and surviving what no child should.
