Heather has been in and out of the hospital since August 2015, with unexplained abdominal pain. Her August admission lasted 23 days with little to no relief. Since discharge from the hospital the pain never really went away. On November 26, 2015 the pain had gotten so bad that she ended back into the hospital. Upon further testing a clot was found in the splenic vein as well as a mass on her pancreas. They are uncertain right now what type of pancreatic tumor it is. The  initial pathology screen came back as "atypical/abnormal" with the official report expected on Monday.  However, based on the initial findings  Heather's  case has been referred to John Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland  for review. Please help her and her family keep up with their bills and help with medical expenses including hotel and travel.
