Hi,

My name is Kristin Piercey and I’m writing on behalf of the Piercey family.

On December 1st, our family tragically lost my cousin, Justine. Justine was a mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and a friend to many.

As we all know, costs are astronomical these days, and an unexpected tragedy is something you can never be prepared for. In lieu of flowers, the family is hoping to raise funds to help cover funeral costs. This will help to alleviate strain while we take the time to grieve.

Any remaining funds after the funeral is paid for will go to Justine’s two young boys — Johnson, 6, and Reid, 4. As you can imagine, this is a difficult time for everyone, especially her young children.

There will be a celebration of life and fundraiser at Frosty’s in Corner Brook on Saturday, December 6th at 8pm.

In addition, if any friends or family would like to share stories or photos to be passed on to Justine’s children, these can be Facebook messaged to Kristin Piercey.
