Update: 

at 2:58 pm Judy entered the gates of heaven to meet Her Savior!   As a family we are happy that her wishes came true and she was able to give full organ donation.   We thank you in advance for the very generous donations that have been given to support Jason and the kids.  

Hello my name is Shauna Giesbrecht. I am a sister in law to Judy. As many of you are aware on the morning of September 22 Judy was out on her daily walk. Something she loved to do so much. She collapsed with excruciating pain in her head. She could not speak but she could understand, and did things she was asked. She would open her eyes, squeeze my hands. It felt like a good sign. As we waited for the ambulance to arrive the near by neighbours and business all came to offer support and help. Even a nurse was on hand. In the current craziness of the world it didn’t matter everyone did their part.

Judy was rushed to the hospital where it was confirmed that she suffered a brain aneurysm. She was then rushed to Winnipeg hospital where we were happy to find out the brain bleed had stopped. Doctors decided September 23 they would preform surgery to fix the aneurysm.

During the night Judy took steps back and the bleed started again as well she was having seizures. Once they could get this setback under control they would preform her much needed surgery.

We were all excited to hear that the surgery went well, Judy is a fighter. She has been fighting for 6 years for her Harlow ❤️ Unfortunately in the afternoon a call was received that the surgery as hoped had not been successful and Judy is now fighting for her life.

If we can take the financial burden off Jason so he can be with his kids it feels like just a small gift we can give him.

Judy you are a Fighter, Jason, Tatum and Harlow love you, Your family needs you. You have so much more in this life to give.
