Hi everyone my name is Ebony. On Thursday October 20th 2022 around noon my sister Monique Rayford(maiden name Brown)' s home caught fire due to electrical issues. Monique is truly a pillar in the health care community here in Rockford Il. Working many year in pediatrics at Crusaders clinics and almost a decade in family health for Swedish American Valley Clinic. She is a stranger to none and always has that welcoming smile that lights up a room. That is why it is devastating that her and her family lost almost everything to a house fire. Luckily a brave Samaritan heard her dogs crying, saw the smoke and kicked in door to set the dogs free. The family and dogs are all safe but her home and almost everything in it is completely ruined due to fire and water damage. I am looking to raise funds to help her family out while we are trying to figure where her family will be housed during this difficult time. Anything will help and is appreciated.
