Jourdan Student-Delegate France
Donation protected
My name is Jourdan D’Jalma Garnier, and I am from Washington DC with roots from New Orleans. I have had a rich multicultural education beginning at Oyster-Adams Bilingual School and at DC International School where I began the foundation for an International Baccalaureate diploma. I am currently in my the 9th grade at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. I have always been interested in foreign affairs as I studied Spanish and French. Over the years, I attended several Model United Nation’s conferences representing Sudan, Japan and South Korea. I was recently accepted into a program that will allow me to be a student delegate representing the United States. With this program, I will be traveling to France in the summer. In preparation, I will be planning activities with the intention of sharing ideas of diversity and American culture with student delegates from 12 different countries. This will be my first trip out of the United States. A donation of any size will go into helping me support this dream. Thanks for your help!
