Joshua and Felicia lost their home
Donación protegida
On July 1st at 3:04 p.m. Joshua and Felicia lost their home.
Felicia was finishing her shift at Cendy’s Cafe and walked outside the Cafe to see smoke coming from the area in which her home is located.
Fire Department personnel arrived on scene to find a double wide mobile home with heavy fire showing. Crews were able to extingush the fire but the home was a total loss. It is unknown why or how the fire started.
Thank you to Pumpkintown Fire, Pickens Rural, Dacusville, Holly Springs, Slater Marietta and River Falls fire departments for their quick response on a very hot day.
This home belongs to the son of one our business owners in the community Cendy Blackwell, of Cendy’s Cafe. Please go support them and help this family get back on their feet as they lost everything.
Any donations collected will go toward the demolition/removal of the burned home and a camper for temporary replacement.
Cendy’s Cafe has been a long time establishment in the community and it would mean a lot to them .
Please keep Joshua and Felicia in your prayers and this was completely unexpected and devastating.
Thank you and please share!
