Josette's Breast Cancer Battle

In October my siblings and I were rattled with the gut punch of learning that our Mother, Josette Smith, had been diagnosed with Aggressive Triple Negative Stage 3 Breast Cancer. Headstrong and full of fight, we watched our Mom continue to be the soldier she always has been as she immediately began a 12 treatment schedule of chemotherapy, suffered thru the loss of her hair, experienced poor reactions to treatment resulting in the need for white blood cell shots and was warned that these would be the easy treatments and those to come would be our real battle. While

we, as a family, have been fighting this battle quietly, we can no longer deny the difficulty in finances that we are now facing as a result, and have decided to ask for help for our Mother as she takes time off of the 2 jobs she normally works while she receives her strongest and most difficult doses of treatment. As her daughter I know she would never ask for help and never has, even while raising myself and my 3 siblings. But I believe in the hearts of those who know her and love her, and am asking for help in assisting her to see she is NOT alone in this fight, and that we will not let her knees hit the ground. I thank each and every person who may be able to help, even just a little, and ask that you pray for my mother and for our family as we continue to rally for the strongest woman we have ever known. All proceeds will be donated directly to Josette to assist in covering household bills and medical costs.
