Jose Diaz (El Gordo)funeral and burial expenses

Our family is beyond grateful and overwhelmed by the love and support that we have received in these hard times. Many of you have reached out to ask how you can help. As you know our Jose was diagnosed with Covid -19 a few days before his passing. As a diabetic and having other health issues his body and lungs could not fight the virus. Like many we did not foresee this tragedy. We will like to ask our family and friends that have reached out to help us give our Jose the farewell that he deserves. Jose Diaz (El Gordo) as many knew was a loving, giving, generous, and happy man. He was loved by many and leaves behind his son, step son, sister, brothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. We appreciate all the prayers that are giving our family the strength to get through this. God bless you all.

Nuestra familia está más que agradecida y abrumada por el amor y el apoyo que hemos recibido en estos tiempos difíciles. Muchos de ustedes se han acercado para preguntar cómo pueden ayudar. Como saben, a nuestro Jose le diagnosticaron Covid -19 unos días antes de su fallecimiento. Como diabético y con otros problemas de salud, su cuerpo y sus pulmones no podían combatir el virus. Como muchos, no previmos esta tragedia. Nos gustaría pedirle a nuestra familia y amigos que se han acercado para ayudarnos a darle a nuestro Jose la despedida que se merece. José Díaz (El Gordo), como muchos sabían, era un hombre cariñoso, generoso, generoso y feliz. Fue amado por muchos y deja atrás a su hijo, hijastro, hermana, hermanos, primos, tías, tíos, sobrinas y sobrinos.
