Jordin Ray Norton unexpectedly passed away Thursday, January 23 2019 in Buford, GA, leaving his sweet mother, Miss Julie Mefferd-Norton and surviving family and friend's heartbroken. This GoFundMe page is set up to help cover some of the unanticipated expenses of returning Jordin to Oklahoma from Georgia, and funeral costs. Although Miss Julie and their family would never ask for help, they are some of the most loving and generous people, so we are asking others to consider donating to support the family in this tragic time.
Jordin was born July 5, 1989 in Oklahoma City, OK to Shane and Julia Kay (Mefferd) Norton. Jordin graduated from Checotah High School in 2007. Jordin enjoyed playing cards, pool and water sports as well as watching collegiate and professional sports.
Funeral services for Jordin will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Smith Memorial Chapel with Reverend Amy Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.
