Jon Carlson is a dedicated and amazing husband, dad, grandpa who was diagnosed with ALS - Lou Gehrig's Disease 1 year ago while working as the Director of Respiratory Therapy at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. He has been a leader in his profession, always advocating for his patients and the community. His favorite activities are spending time with his family and being outdoors. In addition to his grown triplets, he has 2 young girls. The Carlsons are a beautiful family who need our help!
