Hi everyone,

We are writing this on behalf of my friend Austin Benton. Earlier this month, Austin and his family received news that no parent ever wants to hear. Their daughter, Briella, has a heart issue that did not correct itself on its own. Unfortunately since the issue is not resolved, Briella now has to travel to Chapel Hill to have open heart surgery on September 3rd. In a time where stress is at an all-time high, the last thing that this family needs to worry about is finances and how to make ends meet. Briella needs her parents full attention and support. In order to reduce the financial burden that will inevitably come with surgery, Austin’s friends have put together this fundraiser to show support for them. Please give what you can and leave a note of encouragement. We also encourage everyone to take a moment to pray for their family and ask for continued strength and healing.
