Hi, I’m Dr. Jason Singleton, an educator, a school leader, and the founder of HEARTWIRED LLC.

Through my journey, one truth has become undeniable:

Empathy shouldn’t be optional in schools—it should be a foundational principle.

WHY HEARTWIRED LLC EXISTS:

HEARTWIRED LLC is an education startup I created to help schools move from compliance to connection.

We build toolkits, trainings, and school experiences that help teachers, leaders, and students repair relationships, restore a sense of belonging, and lead with empathy, especially in challenging moments.

At the heart of our work is this belief:

When adults model empathy—and understand the emotional imprints we carry—schools become safer, stronger, and more human.

WHAT I’VE SEEN:

I’ve sat with students who shut down because they were misunderstood.

I’ve supported teachers who are trying their best but often burn out because they never had the space to heal their own stories.

And I’ve worked with school leaders who wanted to lead with care but felt trapped by systems that prioritize punishment over people.

HEARTWIRED LLC was born out of these real moments.
