Jr National Young Leaders Conference
Donation protected
My son John has been nominated to attend the Youth Leadership conference in Washington DC this summer to represent our community and I am trying to raise the funds for the tuition to make it possible.
This nomination would be extraordinary for any student, but I am especially proud for him to have this opportunity. At four years old, the pediatric nuerologist diagnosed John as having autism, ADD, hypo-tonia, and being hydrocephalic. We were told that he would never talk, his motor skills would diminish and he would have to be placed in an institution by the time he was a teenager. Now, at 14 years old he is an honor student. John has overcome so much with only his hardwork and determination and I really want to make this happen for him.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
