Joey’s hospital bills

hello! A situation happened where someone I know got terribly injured, and I didn’t know how to react, so this is the best way I thought I could if I were to have any reaction at all. My name is Dylan and my friend Joey got hit by a car. How it happened is unknown, and who did it is unknown, but reguardless, I need your help.
