Joe Wilson’s Medical Bills

Hi, i’m Makenna and I am a senior at Carlisle high school. I have been a manager of Coach Joe's Carlisle Football/Wrestling team from the time I was a freshman until now.

As many of you know, Joe went into the hospital on Wednesday, March 15th, 2023. In the hospital, he was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure along with some other health conditions. He is being faced with a great number of medical bills. Anyone that knows Joe knows that he will not ask for help for himself but would give his own life to save someone else's. He has paid for many wrestlers to travel and have opportunities that they may have never had, had it not been for him. Joe is one of the most selfless people that I know and I know that many people would agree with me on that.

He is currently unable to work right now but we know if he could be back in the CHS library, he would be in a heartbeat. Joe has had an impact on SO many people in his life. He is someone that is always there to listen and is always there for you no matter what the situation is. Now it is our turn to be there for him. As I talked to some of his current wrestlers and past wrestlers, we feel helpless knowing that there is nothing that we can do. If we could take this away from him and have him healthy again, we would. The reality is that we cannot take the pain away, so we want to reach out and ask for help from the community and his support system to relieve the financial stress from him as he needs to worry about his health and alleviate as much stress as he can.

We cannot wait to have him back in the Carlisle wrestling room! There is a piece missing without him being there. We appreciate everyones support! We love you Joe! ❤️
