My family needs your help

Hey all, my name is Haley. I am creating this gofundme to show support for my grandmother who is fighting stage 4 breast and bone cancer. Her battle began 5 years ago when she noticed something was really wrong. When she was diagnosed they didn't give her much time. The cancer had already metastasized to her bones. This didn't stop her from fighting though. We recently received the news that the cancer has spread to her brain. I have been by her side every step of the way along with her husband and my grandfather Craig. He has worked so hard to keep up with the constant bombardment of medical expenses. Even though we are blessed to have private insurance, they don't cover everything. Through these past 5 years neither of them have ever held their hand out for help. They have never questioned their faith and angrily asked "why is this happening to us?!" Through these years, they have filed bankruptcy, taken out a mortgage on their beloved home and lived a life of frugality. Our debt stands near $7,000 and I am here today to reach out to anyone who may be able to help our family in these extremely difficult times. All I ask is that my grandmother, the woman who raised me and taught me everything I know to this day, can live on peacefully without the constant fear of bills and medical expenses. These are things that I believe should not be on her mind. Period. I help when I can, but I think it is time to ask our community and friends for the help we desperately need.
