Road to Recovery

Donation protected
My mother was a very active and healthy woman who danced and excercised daily. My mother was a very health conscious person. So we became all in disbelief  on March 31, 2019 when my mother suffered a major stroke. The source was a clot on the left side of her brain. This stroke has caused right side paralysis, expressive and receptive aphasia, and limited ability to speak. On April 5th she was discharged from the hospital and transferred to an Acute Rehab Facility. Less than 28hours at this facility my mom fainted and was rushed to the hospital. They found clots on both lungs and a major strain on her heart. My mom was successfully discharged from the hospital on April 16th and sent back to an Acute Rehab Facility. She is scheduled to be discharged on May 2nd to full care at my home. As many people know, most homes are not set up to accommodate a person with a physical disability. I will need monetary assistance with installing and renovating some things in my home to accommodate her, including remodeling a bathroom. Please if you can donate I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,

A loving daughter
