My name is Michele Shaffer, and I was Michael's kidney donor. We did not know each other when our journey began, but we met the day before surgery and have forged a beautiful friendship from that day on.

As you know, this has been exceptionally difficult for Traci and the family. There has been loss of work, expenses, and just insanity with this entire loss. From the bottom of my heart - I wish I could do more. But as a village, if we all come together, we can ease the burden for this family.
