The James Woods Memorial Fund

James Woods, a loving father, adoring husband, loyal friend, and a dedicated Jersey City fireman, unexpectedly passed away on Friday, Dec. 26, 2014 and is survived by his loving wife, Maryann; his three beloved children, Maegan MacKenzie, James III, Jenna, and cherished dog, Daisy. In effort to support the loving Woods family during this difficult time, a memorial fund has been set up in order to assist with any financial hardships that they may encounter.
