JJ Holmes - Cancer Treatment Fundraiser

Jeffrey John Holmes, JJ to those of us lucky enough to know him, has had the great misfortune today of hearing he has colon cancer, which has spread to both his liver and lungs.

This is a hard diagnosis, which will mean JJ is now unable to work and with no money coming in, limited in his treatment options. I spoke to him this morning as he was waiting for further biopsies to be done, and was devastated to learn he had cancelled his private health cover and facing the biggest fight of his life.

Like many, I wanted to do whatever I could to help this man, as he has been there for so many, not just friends and family but the type of guy who wouldn't hesitate to give you his last dollar. A stand up bloke, who has a massive heart, deserves a red hot go, and I am sure with the support of us all, he will rise to the challenge.

Lets make this one count, and if you can please help ease the burden a little on the home front, and help me raise some much needed cash to pay for his treatment and ongoing care.
