In August 2017 Jim Chinnici went for a kidney transplant. after spending 5 days in the hospital Jim came home to start his healing process.  After a couple of days at home his body was rejecting the new kidney so jim went back into the hospital for another 9 days.  Now jim is home and healing well and although his insurance paid for most of his medical services, he has very little to live on and he's having trouble paying everyday bills, with a wife and three kids he can barely get by. he needs our help.
