Jerry Lewis Medical Expense Fund

On Thursday, September 24th, my dad suffered a stroke. His carotid artery is 60% blocked, which will require a Carotid endarterectomy. He is also going to need physical therapy and around the clock assistance while he is recovering. My parents do not have insurance, and my family and I will be taking care of him while he recovers. I hope to set aside a fund for my father since he will no longer be able to work. Anything would help and be much appreciated!
