Neighbors helping neighbors

Jeff Homan is a Westfield, IN resident who is battling with terminal ALS. An amazing man, father, and husband.

Our neighborhood, Springmill Park, is a small, family oriented neighborhood in an already close-knit community of Westfield.  

After finding out from his wife, Tara, that he has terminal ALS, we wanted to come together as a neighborhood, a community, and a family, to assist their wonderful family during this emotional time. 

The funds will be used to assist the Homan’s during this unimaginable time, so they can focus on the most important aspect in life...family.
