Jeff's MDS

I was diagnosed with MDS this past week. Unfortunately, I'm in the Very High Risk category with gives me 6-8 months to live unless I'm accepted for a Bone Marrow Transplant. I've been informed by my doctor that I'm unable to work because I'm very susceptible to infection. I would truly appreciate any help I can get to offset my medical costs.
