Jeff’s Extreme Medical Journey

This Is to help my nephew Jeff Littig whose medical issues have kept him from working since October and severely depleted all of his savings. Any amount, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated.

After a fall from a 12-foot fall in August of 2023, Jeff has had three surgeries: C3-C4 in November of 2023, T4 compression fracture surgery and kyphoplasty in February of 2024, and C2-T2 posterior fusion this October 15th.

On November 11th, the neck wound opened due to a seroma. Surgery was done the next day to clean and close the wound. Unfortunately a second seroma appeared on December 9th. Since then he has had a WoundVac and must go in every three days for sponge replacement.

Right before the last surgery, one of his truck tires blew up. He was lucky enough to be looking down so any eye damage was not severe. However, he suffered loss of hearing which will require hearing aids.

To say that it’s been a lot is an understatement.
