Jeff Mahaffey Self Made Family Legal Fund

Jeff Mahaffey is a Military Veteran and an American business owner responsible for over a hundred personal trainers between his two Self Made Training Facility Locations. 

Jeff is currently taking heat from the Arizona Department of Health Services for keeping his gyms open and not operating with a mask mandate. 

A quote from the ADHS stating that Jeff and his facilities are  “jeopardizing the health, safety, and welfare of the public”

An arbitrary statement that cannot actually be proven in court. 

Earlier this year during a 30 day period the Scottsdale Police Department already slapped Jeff with $2500 a day citations for staying open and operating his Scottsdale location.
