Jake's Care Team

Since the day he was diagnosed with leukemia, Jake's care team has been by his side at every turn. Now it's our turn to show them our support.
Your help will support Jake's family in visiting with the Big Guy at home and in the hospital. Examples include:
- Hotels and Air BnBs
- Airfare
- Gas
- Parking at the hospital
Contributions will also help to cover medical expenses, such as insurance copays or home care.
My partner (Frank) and I are Jake and Heather's good friends in DC. We're coordinating this GoFundMe with Jake's family, and all contributions will go directly to them.
