Jay has passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning. He was a loving and devoted father and husband. He leaves behind a 8 year old daughter and a wife. He was undeniably loved by his sweet little girl and wife. We are asking for donations during this time to help cover expenses so this family can focus on grieving and healing.
