Jason Perkins Funeral Expenses

Hi, my name is Lisa. Most of you know my brother recently passed away. He left behind his wife Hanah, and two sons, Ethan and Wyatt.

Jason went to a hospital out of state, in July, for a life changing transplant. He left his two boys at home so they wouldn’t have to uproot their lives. His wife Hanah went with him as his caregiver. On October 31st, he had the transplant done. Immediately afterwards he started having problems. His body started declining. Unfortunately, the transplant didn’t work. He passed away on December 21, with his loving wife by his side.

I have so much appreciation for Hanah being by his side during the whole process. She is truly an amazing wife and mother. I hate to see her and the boys struggling.

I wanted to create this for them. They will have a long road ahead of them with Jason being the sole provider of the household. They will be going through a lot of changes and adjustments.

The family needs help with funeral costs and living expenses.
