Jason and Leo; house fire

Yesterday on February 1st, 2024, Jason, received a phone call that no one ever wants to get. “The house is on fire, specifically where all your stuff is, and more importantly where your dog is at”. Several attempts were made to get precious Leo out from the room but the smoke was just too heavy for anyone to endure. Firefighters and the rescue squad were called and they were able to get Leo out of the room, alive, but in serious condition. He was unable to breathe well and was administered oxygen over a period of time. Leo was taken to Jones animal hospital by Jason’s brother Josh, later taken to an emergency vet, and then transferred to Robinson vet this morning. Leo is not out of the woods yet, has several things wrong, and the vet bills keep adding up. Jason is not the kind of person to ask for help, or have any handouts, but he is really in need of some help with these bills as he literally has just lost everything. Obviously material things can be replaced, but Leo is his main priority at this time.
