There are moments in life when we need to support each other just a little bit more than normal.
Nov 20, 2020 was the day that our family’s lives changed forever. A phone call - that our fun-loving, adventerous Jared sustained tremendous burn injuries from a horrific fire accident.
Our family thanks everyone in advance for their love, support and encouragement during this time; we appreciate it MORE than you know!
My name is Heather Fowler, and Jared is my youngest nephew.
Please help show that we are all here to support Jared and his parents & brother in such time of need; they need us all now, more than ever!
Jared will require extensive medical procedures, treatments and therapy to assist with healing during this difficult and anticipated very long recovery.
Jared will be in the hospital in Toronto for many months as his medical team closely monitors the beginning stages of recovery.
This is not easy for us, but terrible circumstances leave very few options. So with friends and family along side us, we made the decision to set up this fund-raising platform; to help ensure that Rob & Laura are able stay at Jared's side during this difficult, unfortunate journey, and to equip Jared with the sustainability to proceed with healing, and return to as normal of a life as possible, as smoothly as we can.
Jared will understandably be unable to work for the foreseeable future.
Their future looks very different now, and they have a very long road ahead of them as a family. Our goal is to provide this fundraiser to help ease the financial stress now being faced.
It would mean the world to us if we could help them in this time of need.
