Jalisa Greene Needs A Piece of Hope

Jalisa Greene is my cousin, she is 28 years young and she is in dire need of a miracle. Our family and myself, are now looking for any benevolence from the public that is willing and able to save a life.
October 14, 2019 she was hospitalized and received the worst news of her life. Autoimmune hepatitis was infecting her liver and she would have to undergo extensive treatment to try to bring down the inflammation. After following the orders of the doctors and keeping up with the 13 medications she was taking, by June 2020 the only solution was to put her on a donor list.
Now it is April 2021, and she has experienced blackouts, aggressive episodes, severe weight loss, skin discoloration, no sense of taste, no control of bowel movements, loss of appetite, loss of gum lining, and an excess of liquid in her stomach that needs to be drained every week. She has gotten to the point where her body isn't making enough blood, and she is getting blood transfusions on a daily basis. Her liver is deteriorating, and we are running out of time. She needs a liver transplant. At this point that is the only option that will keep her alive. She is experiencing stage 3 liver failure and every day that she goes without one is another day where she can go into complete failure.
The funds that our family is requesting will be for two things. We want to be able to cover any significant medical bills that go along with the surgical procedure. Secondly, funds will also be used to help Jalisa in the 15 month long recovery process after the surgery. Even if you decide to donate a single dollar to this cause, just know that dollar will be going to save a life that has been interrupted too soon.
We are also calling upon an angel to deliver us a donor. We are seeking a healthy liver donor to offer 30% of their organ to give to Jalisa. The donor needs a blood type of O Positive or O Negative, and must be age 21+ anyone under that age would need consent from a parent or guardian. The donor will also receive a portion of the funds donated for their recovery process as well. Even though it wouldn't truly show our appreciation, it will be a token of our gratitude.
