Jade’s Sarcoma Journey

Jade McCann is a 22 year old girl from Co. Wicklow and is currently fighting incurable stage IV leiomyosarcoma cancer. Leiomyosarcoma is an extremely rare cancer and due to its unpredictable nature, there is very little known about it and no cure. Jade plans to challenge this by seeking treatment abroad and fighting back in the hopes that, although it may not be curable, it can be treated and a comfortable standard of living maintained for as long as possible. We are currently seeking second opinions abroad. 
Jade’s Dad is also fighting stage IV cancer so the income levels within the household are extremely low. This page has been set up with the hopes of helping fund Jade’s potential treatment abroad but also to help with hospital fees, transport and other support services- wherever in the world that may be. 
The aim of the treatment plan, although undecided yet, is to keep Jade as well as we can for as long as we can.
