Please help support Jacob's family with the funeral/burial costs. Arrangements need to be made before the end of the week in order to give this beautiful soul the send-off he deserves. Jacob was an amazing son, brother, mentor, and friend. His enormous smile lit up any room he was in and his laughter filled all our heart's with joy.
