My Goal for Top Surgery

Hello, my name is Dean (formerly Tiffany) and I am currently in transition from female to male (FtM). I have almost neared 6 months on my hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and have been doing very well on it.

I work full-time, and I wear a tank top chest binder that has started to hurt my middle back, but my health insurance doesn't cover cosmetic surgery and I would like to have top surgery to complete my transition and rid myself of the chest binder for good. I do hope that you can help in that regard.

The amount I'm asking help for will help cover surgery, the medicines involved in it, the overnight hospital stay, and after-surgery care and recovery while out of work.

My mental health has changed for the better on this seven-month journey. It is better than it has been in all my years as a female assigned at birth (FAAB).

I say seven months because my journey started with me changing my views of myself, my pronouns and my in-person name to Dean from what it used to be. I started my testosterone journey a month later; a few months after that, my name was legally changed from my female name to Dean.

Please help me in this final step and my hopes to be able to complete my look and be my authentic self for the world to see. I would love everyone to see how happy I am. Please also share with your friends and anyone who you think would be willing to help.
