Help Dustin Get Healthy

Dustin is a near and dear friend to us all and is needing a little help.  He is set for gastric surgery but has to come up with $1,400 for hospital, surgeon and anesthesia fees by 01/06.  Please help with what you can... every little bit helps.  Tis the season of giving right?
