Prior to her career as a content creator, Kelly Trotta aka Smelly, was studying to be a teacher and had the opportunity to student teach in the Poughkeepsie City School District. There she met teacher Andrea Boccio who has been a teacher in the district for over 24 years. While working alongside Ms. Boccio, Kelly saw firsthand the lack of supplies available to students, and learned how much of the teacher’s own money went into supplying their classrooms to create a positive & productive learning environment.

Kelly, with the help of her In The Slot podcast hosts Maddie Schrader aka Moobie and Rae, is giving back by supplying Ms. Boccio and two other 5th grade teachers’ classrooms for the upcoming school year. Now more than ever is crucial to do so because the Poughkeepsie City School District has gone through a restructure shifting both teachers and students to new schools leaving the teachers to start from the ground up.

Help us help Ms. Boccio and teachers of the Poughkeepsie City School District create a classroom filled with the necessary supplies you would want your children to have!

All net proceeds from donations actually received by Barstool Sports, Inc. ("Barstool") through approved donation channels (as such may be indicated by Barstool) including applicable merchandise sales (as directed by Barstool) and contributions during the time frame (as such time period is determined by Barstool and communicated through applicable channels) ("Fundraising Period") will be used by Barstool to purchase school supplies for certain pre-selected teachers until a total of $4,500 is reached (the "Fundraiser").

Any funds collected, in connection with the above Fundraiser by Barstool in excess of $4,500 during the Fundraising Period will be donated to AdoptAClassroom.org (https://www.adoptaclassroom.org/). Barstool is not otherwise affiliated with "AdoptAClassroom" except as an independent fundraiser. Barstool will retain no portion of the net proceeds except to cover direct expenses as stated above (including, without limitation, any taxes, fees, and costs). Only those merchandise items specifically designated by Barstool as part of the Fundraiser shall apply. In the event the stated purpose cannot be fulfilled, funds may be directed to a similar charitable purpose at Barstool's discretion. Donations are not tax-deductible unless confirmed by the beneficiary organization.
