In Support of Reggie Jackson

Donation protected
Reggie Jackson is best known at City CDJRF for his infectious laugh, which brightens the days of all his teammates. He is described as a teammate who always strives to be better at anything he does while encouraging everyone around him to do the same.

Reggie grew up in Milwaukee and drove a truck for many years before beginning his career in car sales. He’s worked for Andrew Chevy, Wilde CDJR, City Dodge, and now City Auto Group. He was in the “Super Troop” boy scout group and worked as a joint leader with his brother Green Jackson and co-worker Lovelle Johnikin. Reggie is very involved in his church and even plays in the church band. He loves jazz music, has a basement full of guitars, and loves to make and play music. He played at Summerfest in Milwaukee for two days in 2022. His wife, Ejean, was hurt on the job several years ago and was left permanently disabled and unable to work. Everything that the two of them do, they do together, whether it’s church, brunch, or other events.

After an appendix removal surgery, doctors found two large masses on the right and left sides of Reggie’s colon. They were cancer cells, and after finding more in his left lung, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. They removed part of his left and right small intestines during a 5-hour surgery, followed by weeks of therapy and pain endured through this recovery. This has now progressed into kidney failure and three trips per week to the Pewaukee Cancer Center for infusion treatment. The lung cancer is not operable and is being treated with a radiation pill at this time.

City Auto Group is organizing this fundraiser for Reggie while he is unable to work. Any funds received will go directly to Reggie and will be used to help with his and his wife’s daily expenses as well as his medical bills. Please consider making a donation to support our beloved coworker, Reggie Jackson.
