In Memory of Mark Thomas: Aid for His Family

Mark "Animal" Thomas is and will always be one of the most badass, coolest, kind and genuinely gentlest humans we have ever known. With that being said my husband and I would like to start a go fund me for his wife Shannon and daughter Kylie to help with funeral expenses and some extra to help Shannon in this time of her loss of her love. Hi, my name is Kylie Thomas, the daughter of the amazing man that was Mark "Animal" Thomas. My father, Mark, passed away on October 2 after fighting a battle with infection for over 6 years. After a trip to the hospital on September 23, his body could just not take the toll anymore, and he passed in his home unexpectedly due to cardiac arrest. Mark always made people laugh, always looked for fun and adventure, and truly made an impact on those from his school days to New Music Station to even his role of being a father.

Mark leaves behind me, his daughter, as well as my mother and his wife whom he loved dearly and who took care of him through the end, Shannon. Mark and Shannon had been living off only his small disability income. Due to health complications with Shannon last year and her 2-month-long coma, she has not had an income. With his sudden passing, she will not have any income to live off of, and Mark did not have any life insurance or savings to help her with these funeral costs, nor the costs of his remaining medical bills from being in and out of the hospital for the past 6 years, nor just regular life expenses.
